WIFI Terms  of Use

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NOBLE WIFI’s equipment and service.

1. CPEs are the sole property of NOBLE WIFI
2. Accounts dormant for 45 day or more will attract a reconnection fee.
3. Account dormant for 45 days or more will be terminated and CPE retrieved by NOBLE technician.
4. All customers are required to purchase a power surge protector
5. Routers and surge protectors do not carry warranty and is the sole responsibility of the customer
6. Wireless routers are not replaced by NOBLE
7. Surge protectors are not replaced by NOBLE
8. Some service calls may attract charges
9. Accounts are automatically disconnected at midnight on day 30
